1. Use
This heat-sensitive paper is designed for use in thermal-printed systems at speeds of up to 250 mm/s. Standard applications: Printing labels with bar codes to label packaged products is used for equipment used in retail to indicate the weight of the product.
The L10 has excellent performance for automatic labeling.
The image can pale when exposed to moisture, light and UV light. Attention is required when labeling, when moisture condensation may occur.
2. Adhesive layer
The glue provides excellent fast grip and sticking on a wide range of surfaces, including uneven, slightly rough and curved surfaces.
Particularly good results - at low temperatures, such as labeling frozen foods.
3. Printing
Printing using all existing rotational printing technologies is possible, but exposure to material temperatures above 50 C should be avoided; Due to the thermal properties of the coating it can cause premature coating or discoloration.
Paints containing alcohol or organic solvents may cause premature coating or discoloration. UV or water-based paints and varnishes are recommended for flexo printing. Testing is recommended before use.
We recommend that the thermal-type area not be printed with waterproof flexo paints.
