Basic Information:

ZA Model Automatic Adhesive is with good Initial adhesion and durable adhesion. Suitable for high speed die cutting, waste discharging, automatic labeling. Not recommend for small size label and rough substrate.

Facestock: Art Paper. Thermal Paper. Wood Free Paper. Kraft Paper, Film and so on.

Liner: Glassine and CCK

Advised Temperature

Labeling Temperature: 5℃

Service Temperature:-15℃～50℃

Storage and quality assurance

Under the dry and cool storage environment of 10 ℃ - 35 ℃, the shelf life of the product is 24 months from the production date on the basis of complete packaging. During storage, avoid direct sunlight, high humidity and high heat environment.

Operation Note:

Do not mix with other hot-melt adhesives to prevent operation and quality problems caused by mixing. Please wear personal protective equipment to prevent scald caused by using under high temperature. Please install exhaust equipment to eliminate smoke and steam generated under high heat Please adhere to the principle of "first in first use" to avoid overdue use of products.
